More news on my uni & scholarship apps!

Hi all!! Finally, some more news about my university and scholarship applications!! I am so excited I am not even sure which one I should tell you first!! Maybe the less exciting one: after a really, really, REALLY long time, finally NTU (Nanyang Technological University - Singapore, for the benefit of those who do not know) offers me a place there! Well, actually not officially, yet. They have not notified me by e-mail, SMS, or whatever yet, but I checked the Joint Admission Website (Singaporeans will know) and instead of the two offers I have gotten so far, I saw three!!
Please don't comment about me using Vista and all.

Maybe you are wondering, why I emphasized the long waiting time in such a way, or maybe you are not, and just think that I am just exaggerating or something. Well, as a start, I am NOT exaggerating, unless you think waiting for news since January until today is not too long of a time, especially when you hear your friends have gotten their offers earlier than you, even though they applied later than you! Yes, I applied during the early admission period for NTU, which was between December last year to mid January this year, while most students with Singapore's 'A' Level Certificate would normally have their application window on March. So I think I do not want to bore you with my ranting about how long NTU take to admit me to the course, so let us proceed to the next news!

So the next news is...... NIS (National Infocomm Scholarship, a scholarship provided by IDA - Infocomm Development Authority) has also notified me that I am shortlisted for an interview next month!! However there is a catch or two in the good news. First, it is the FIRST ROUND of interview, which means there will be many more to come! You know how scared I am of interviews! That is why I made this blog in the first place: to maintain, or if possible, improve my English which has deteriorated a lot as I do not use it much in my home country here. But, well, that is what you should expect from a highly-sought scholarships such as this. The second catch, the one interviewing me is not actually IDA itself, but a partner company that I do not even know exist: Ecquaria. I did a little bit of preliminary research on its website, and it seems that it is a company providing IT solutions for governments around the world. Well, maybe they allocate me to that company because I wrote on my personal statement that I would like to clean my government from corruption through IT means. Well, you know, some kind of big dreams I came up with because scholarship providers usually like such things. However, because of that bull crap I came up with, I must kiss the companies that I actually want to work with goodbye. Anyway, my principle in life is to make the most out of whatever life throws at you, so I will just do my best for it. Who knows, maybe what starts with a mere bull**** may turn out to be a reality someday.
Anyway, if you ever heard about Ecquaria before, or maybe if you are actually WORKING for Ecquaria, please, I BEG you, to contact me by posting a comment containing your e-mail address here! Do not worry, I can remove your comment once I take note of your e-mail address =). Thanks before! =D

Edit: removed my e-mail address and instead requesting to post a comment with your e-mail address here. Reason is at the last few paragraphs of this post.
