Best news of my life.... yet

Hey readers!! Firstly, I would like to apologize for, once again, not keeping my promise of writing about my third interview, which was with Ecquaria. I initially wanted to, really. However, there is a really good news that I just do not want to miss a single day to tell the world. Three guesses.. never mind. I am offered the NUS ASEAN Scholarship!!!!

Don't ask me how I got it. You saw for yourself how I screwed up that interview, really badly. Nevertheless, an offer is an offer, so let us (anyone?) rejoice for my success!!! Actually, now I feel obliged to go back to the temple I mentioned on that post as well, just to show my thanks, if my success is really due to some kind of divine intervention. I need to remind myself to go there if I go back to Singapore.

By the way, I would like to apologize for my last post because as it gets increasingly difficult to read as you read more of it. That is because I did it at night (well, all of my post was written at night) and I was really down at that time. Anyway, that post was really more dedicated for my own record than for public, so please do not stop reading my blog just because of that post.

I promise (this time for real, really!) to post my third interview soon. Not so much for you readers' sake though, but more for my own record's sake. That is why I will certainly post it since it is for my own benefit anyway. But not tonight, because I am really exhausted from the futsal game earlier this afternoon. So, hopefully, I would post about my third interview tomorrow. So, bye, for now! =D

Hi, readers. It is quite a joy to see that my blog has reached more than 200 pageviews while I was away doing... many stuff. Perhaps, even from the first sentence, you would have noticed my... less enthusiastic tone  compared to my previous posts. First interview: SUTD

Good GOD!! Today my series of universities and scholarships interviews have started and I only have 2 posts on my blog!! So, this morning is the first of the interview series, which is the SUTD Skype-based admission interview. For the benefit of those who do not know, SUTD stands for Singapore University of Technology and Design. As I heard from my friends, it is not overly formal interview where the interviewers' goal is to know me better and see whether I am fit to be in the university. There were 2 interviewers, with a handful of moderators, according to the voices I heard in the background, possibly 1-3 of them. Basically, the questions are as follows (as far as I remember): 1. Tell me more about yourself 2. What course are you going to choose if you are admitted to SUTD? 3. Do you have any role model? 4. Is it okay for you to stay in the hostel (freshmen are required to stay in their hostel for 3 terms)? 5. What, to you, is the world's challenge in technology and design? (

Of Squandering My Blessings and Courage to Fight Against My Conditioning

 Hi readers, it's been a while, as usual. And of course, I didn't (or haven't) finish my supposed multi-part story of my Thailand trip!
